Kim is a proud Florida Native having grown up, been married 25 years and raised all 3 of
her children in Pinellas County! As you can imagine, she's very familiar with all the
neighborhoods, schools and where to go for great shopping, entertainment and great
food! When working with clients new to the area, she is passionate about sharing all that
the Pinellas Beach Communities have to offer! Her greatest motivation as a Realtor, is not
to sell properties but to help and serve others. She believes that integrity and ethical
standards should always be at the forefront as a Real Estate Professional. Whether it's
